- Product Description
-
The 91THG-0.5-10T/A integrated system for the harmless treatment of dead animals employs a high‑temperature drying and negative‑pressure process, with a single‑batch capacity of 6 tonnes and a processing cycle of 8 hours. It enables continuous, round‑the‑clock operation, handling 4–5 batches per day (each batch weighing 6 tonnes), for a total daily throughput of 20–30 tonnes.
Total installed capacity: 348 kW.
The energy consumption per ton of processing is approximately 250 kg of biomass fuel, or about 130 cubic meters of natural gas, along with roughly 180 kWh of electricity.
Product specifications: Moisture content of meat and bone meal ≤ 8%; moisture content of the separated oil ≤ 10%.
Upon commissioning, the project will generate no wastewater, and the exhaust gases, after treatment, will be discharged in compliance with emission standards, thereby causing no adverse environmental impacts.Technical Features
(1) Equipment Production Layout and Installation
The complete set of equipment and system for the harmless treatment of dead animals is compact, requiring minimal land for the construction of a processing center. It features low space requirements for in‑plant equipment layout (length × width × height: 25 m × 8.6 m × 4.3 m, excluding the intelligent cold storage facilities for dead animals), adopts a U‑shaped equipment arrangement that ensures easy access for routine inspections, maximizes plant‑space utilization, and maintains a streamlined layout. The equipment operates with low noise levels, and the entire treatment process employs sealed material pipelines, eliminating odors and preventing wastewater or gaseous emissions. Safety‑color coding is applied to the equipment, ensuring high operational safety.
(II) Livestock and Poultry Carcass Shredder and High-Temperature Negative-Pressure Class I Rendering Equipment System
The livestock and poultry carcass crusher is designed to shred animal carcasses, featuring high-strength alloy cutting teeth that deliver high crushing efficiency, excellent wear resistance, and superior equipment reliability. After shredding, the material undergoes uniform heating during the rendering process, significantly reducing the time required for sterilization and rendering. An integrated feeding system minimizes material transport distance, while wastewater from the crushing operation flows directly into the primary‑stage rendering vessel. A dedicated helical agitator ensures thorough mixing within the tank, preventing adhesion and bottom scorching. High‑temperature sterilization and rendering are carried out in two distinct stages, with intelligent control enabling automatic switching between operating modes.(3) Negative-pressure drying Class II rendering equipment system
After completing primary rendering, the material is conveyed from above into the secondary high‑temperature rendering tank via a screw conveyor. A negative‑pressure exhaust collection system generates vacuum within the rendering vessel, enabling high‑temperature vacuum drying that facilitates oil–water separation. The organic exhaust gases and vaporized water produced by the biological materials at elevated temperatures are promptly extracted by the negative‑pressure collection system and routed to the burner of a regenerative thermal oxidizer for direct combustion. The entire plant is equipped with industrial PLCs for intelligent control, ensuring safe and straightforward operation.(4) Oil-extraction equipment and secondary degreasing and drying system
This system is primarily used to separate the oil–water mixture generated after the harmless treatment of diseased livestock and poultry. The semi‑finished material is conveyed by a screw conveyor into a degreasing machine, where it undergoes physical pressing to remove fat, yielding animal oil with a purity exceeding 95%. Meanwhile, the bone‑meat meal is compacted into blocks; these are then broken up by another screw conveyor and fed into tower‑type drying equipment for a secondary degreasing process.(5) Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers and VOCs Treatment Systems
Regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO) equipment and VOC treatment systems primarily consist of burners and regenerative thermal oxidizers. The underlying principle is to collect, via a negative-pressure exhaust‑gas collection system, the water vapor and organic waste gases generated during high‑temperature processing of biological materials, and directly feed them into the combustion chamber for incineration. The treated effluent, subjected to thermal destruction, is odorless, thereby streamlining the exhaust‑gas treatment process in the harmless‑treatment system and reducing environmental‑protection costs. Emissions from the system comply with the relevant requirements of GB 16297 “Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants” and GB 14554 “Emission Standard for Odorous Substances,” while the heat recovery rate exceeds 95%, further lowering waste‑gas treatment expenses.(6) Thermal oil circulation equipment and exhaust gas negative-pressure collection piping system
The thermal oil circulation system comprises a centrifugal pump, an oil storage tank, an expansion tank, flow and pressure monitoring devices, safety valves, and other components. Together with a liquefied gas burner and a regenerative thermal oxidizer, it enables closed-loop heating for the harmless treatment of dead animals, delivering high heat-transfer efficiency and significant energy savings. The exhaust‑gas negative‑pressure collection system employs a vacuum pump to generate negative pressure, creating the conditions necessary for the high‑temperature, vacuum‑drying process in the rendering vessel. Simultaneously, water vapor and odorous organic exhaust gases generated during rendering are captured and routed to a regenerative thermal oxidizer for thermal destruction, ensuring zero wastewater discharge and compliance with VOC emission standards.
