Food Waste Treatment Solutions

Publish Date:

2026-09-09

Applicable scenarios: Urban centralized kitchen waste treatment facilities, industrial parks, large-scale catering complexes, and on-site kitchen waste disposal projects in towns and townships.
Core Process: Material sorting, crushing and pulping, oil–water separation, and volume reduction and degradation processes
Scheme Overview
Kitchen and food waste is treated on-site or in a centralized facility to achieve harmless disposal. The process involves automated sorting to remove impurities, crushing and pulping, and three-phase oil–water separation, yielding crude oil, residual solids, and wastewater. The recovered oil can be recycled and reused, the residual solids are sent to downstream treatment units, and the wastewater undergoes preliminary treatment to reduce the load on subsequent wastewater treatment, thereby achieving waste reduction.
Key Highlights of the Plan
✅ Automated impurity removal, reducing manual intervention
✅ Efficient oil–water separation, enhancing grease recovery rates.
✅ Airtight deodorization, improving the working environment at the plant site.
✅ Both size and processing capacity are customizable, supporting on-site distributed processing.
Auxiliary equipment: Rendering machine, dryer, crusher, conveying system, oil-extraction system, deodorization system, automatic control system
