The complete processing system comprises five core modules: a raw-material receiving and crushing system, a high-temperature rendering unit, a solid–liquid–oil–water separation system, an exhaust-gas treatment system, and an automated control system. Raw materials derived from dead or diseased livestock and poultry are conveyed via sealed pipelines, eliminating the need for manual handling. Once loaded into the rendering vessel, the materials undergo high‑temperature, high‑pressure sterilization to inactivate pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, thereby mitigating the risk of disease transmission at the source. Following processing, the mixture is subjected to solid–liquid separation: the solid fraction is converted into meat and bone meal, while the liquid phase yields animal fats. The fully enclosed, negative-pressure design is a standout feature of this integrated equipment suite, effectively containing and controlling the dispersion of odors within the workshop. Complementary wastewater and exhaust‑gas treatment units provide targeted control of pollutants generated during production, ensuring that all emission parameters comply with environmental protection standards. An automated control system enables one‑button start-up and shutdown of the entire production line and real-time recording of process parameters, thereby meeting biosafety‑related traceability and regulatory requirements.
According to reports, this integrated set of process equipment can be tailored to meet varying treatment capacity requirements, enabling the construction of large-scale, county‑level centralized processing centers as well as smaller and medium‑sized facilities, thus accommodating the diverse scales of livestock and poultry farming across different regions.
